Improve public awareness of the threat of climate change to tropical mountain biodiversity and the role of science and botanic gardens in understanding and mitigating this threat.

WHY.

Encourage the public to appreciate the plants themselves and share the work with the community.

HOW.

We will achieve this through public displays of the target species in gardens throughout south-eastern Australia, and through interpretive signage. Artist Donna Davis has been an active participant in our field work, gaining inspiration from the plants and their upland rainforest environments to develop her work. The works have been placed on public display, not only in galleries, but online where the audience is much greater.
